www.grogcsp.com is an online store dedicated to the sale of personalized products and electronic components for the customization of said products. It is owned by DEINSER ONLINE S.L. (hereinafter GROGCSP), as set forth and expanded in this document in our Legal Notice.
This document (together with the documents referred to herein) establishes the conditions governing the use of this Portal and the purchase of products on it (hereinafter, the "Conditions").
We ask you to read the Conditions carefully before using this Portal. By using it or placing an order through it, GROGCSP considers that by placing an order, the buyer has unreservedly accepted the general purchase conditions, which you may have read previously and which will be accessible at any time from the website. Therefore, if you do not agree with all of the Conditions, you should not use this Portal or make any purchases.
These Conditions may be modified. It is your responsibility to read them periodically, as the conditions in force at the time of use of the website or the conclusion of the Contract (as defined below) will be those that apply to you.

The information or personal data you provide about yourself will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Policy. By using this Portal, and specifically by registering as a Customer, you consent to the processing of such information and data, and declare that all information or data you provide to us is truthful and corresponds to reality.

IV. Service Availability and Shipping
The items offered through this website are available for shipping worldwide (If your country does not appear in the list, please contact customer service and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible). GROGCSP delivers its products via courier. The maximum delivery time for an order, as well as the rates, will be those indicated in the Shipping Times and Rates section, which will begin the day after payment confirmation. The Customer will be promptly informed if there is a delay in the delivery of the part(s) due to exceptional circumstances. Delivery is considered complete when the product is made available to the Customer by the carrier and the recipient signs for receipt of delivery.
GROGCSP will not ship the purchased part(s) until it receives confirmation that the Customer has made payment.
Additional handling and customs fees: These fees, applicable in non-EU countries and special zones such as the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, are not included in the shipping price and must always be paid by the customer. Please inquire with the relevant institution before placing your order.
V. Conclusion of Contract
The information contained in these Terms and Conditions and the details contained on this Portal do not constitute an offer to sell, but rather an invitation to enter into a contract.
The order is not effective until the Customer clicks "Accept" on the order confirmation screen. During the product selection and purchase process, the Customer may cancel the steps already taken and abandon the process at any time. Once payment has been made, the customer will receive a confirmation message within 24 hours detailing the amounts paid and the registered data.
Only those products listed in the purchase confirmation will be subject to the Contract.
VI. Product Availability
Although GROGCSP strives to always have the products advertised on its website available, exceptional circumstances may arise where the product requested by the Customer is not available. In this case, GROGCSP undertakes to send the Customer an email within 15 days (from the date the order was placed) to inform them of the timeframe within which we will be able to ship the selected product. In the event of this impossibility after providing the product, GROGCSP may offer the Customer the option of sending an item of equivalent quality and price. The Customer may reject this option, which will result in an immediate refund of the amounts paid.
VII. Return Policy
Withdrawal
The customer has 14 business days to withdraw from the contract without having to provide a reason. The 14-business-day period will be calculated from the day of receipt of the product. Before exercising the right of withdrawal, GROGCSP may offer solutions that may satisfy the customer's needs. In any case, product returns will only be accepted if they are received in perfect condition. Once the products have been received, GROGCSP will refund the amount paid.
GROGCSP is not responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return of the product. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer except in the event of a defective product. Please note that if you choose to return the items to us freight collect, we will be authorized to charge you for any costs we may incur.
Your right to withdraw from the contract applies only to products returned in the same condition as you received them. Please return the item using or including its original packaging. You must also include all instructions, documents, and product packaging. No refund will be issued if the product has been used beyond its initial opening or if it has been damaged in any way, so please take care of the products while they are in your possession.
After examining the item, we will inform you if you are entitled to a refund of the amounts paid. The refund will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days from the date you notified us of your intention to withdraw. Refunds will always be made using the same payment method you used to pay for your purchase.
Returns of defective products (except personalized products)
It is the recipient's responsibility to verify the products upon receipt and present any reservations and complaints they deem appropriate.
In the case of a defective product, the customer must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months of receiving the order. GROGCSP will repair, replace, reduce the price, or terminate the contract within two years of delivery. These procedures will be free of charge for the customer.
We will carefully examine the returned product and will notify you by email, within a reasonable time, whether it is appropriate to return it. The customer may choose between a replacement or a full refund of the amount corresponding to the defective units. The refund will be made using the same payment method used to pay for the purchase.
The item will be returned as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the date we send you an email confirming that the return of the non-conforming item is appropriate.
The rights recognized by current legislation are protected.
Under no circumstances may a personalized product be returned.
VIII. Written Communications
Applicable regulations require that some of the information or communications we send you be in writing. By using this website, you agree that most communications with us will be electronic. We will contact you by email or provide information by posting notices on this website. For contractual purposes, you consent to the use of this electronic means of communication and acknowledge that all contracts, notices, information, and other communications that we send you electronically comply with the legal requirements of being in writing. This condition will not affect your statutory rights.
IX. Notifications
Notifications that you send us should preferably be sent through the Contact section of the Portal.
Notifications will be deemed to have been received and properly served at the moment they are posted on our website, 24 hours after an email is sent. To prove that notification has been made, it will be sufficient to prove that the email was sent to the email address specified by the recipient.
X. Partial Invalidity

In order to use a design (photo, logo, brand logo, phrase, text, etc.), the user must possess all rights to that design. If in doubt, you as a client should inform yourself about the legal status of the design before using it.
By uploading the design created by GROGCSP to any social media or even to your own website, the client is confirming the following:
- You are authorized to market this design.
- If the owner contacts GROGCSP due to legal causes (unlawful use of the design), their claims will be directly transferred to the Client.
- You acknowledge that the unlawful use of a registered design is not merely a minor offense, but can be punished with heavy penalties and fines.
- You agree to and comply with the copyright notices.

XII. Exclusion of warranties and liability
GROGCSP reserves the right to interrupt access to the website, as well as the provision of any or all of the services provided through it at any time and without prior notice, whether for technical, security, control, maintenance reasons, power outages, or any other justified cause.
Consequently, GROGCSP does not guarantee the availability or continuity of the website or the services, so the client's use of them is at their own risk, and GROGCSP cannot be held liable in this regard at any time.
